Reflections on Trash
Hello K Families! We had a great trip to the Pitkin County Landfill this past month. We brought all of our sorted trash up to the dump and got to put it in the single stream pile. We also saw all the different repurposing and recycling programs that they use in Aspen; compost, rocks, tires, metal, construction waste, and lots of huge machines that crushed, dug up, and buried trash.
