Compass Board Meetings & Agendas
Compass Board meetings are typically held the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 4:30 to 6:30. The public is welcome to attend as observers. If you wish to also address the Board, there is a time for public comment (limited to 3 minutes per speaker). Please see agendas for when public comment takes place during the meeting schedule, location of the meeting, and virtual meeting links.

Agendas and linked documents are available on the Compass Board Google Calendar. They are uploaded no later than 24 hours prior to each meeting.
Public Comment
The Compass Board welcomes the public to share their opinions during the public comment section of each meeting.
To speak during public comment, please arrive at the meeting prior to the stated open forum time (noted on each agenda), and inform our Office Administrator, Adrian Bradley, of your desire to speak. You can also reach out to Adrian in advance by EMAIL or by telephone 970.923.4646.
In the interest of respecting the time of all who are present, speakers are to limit their remarks to three minutes or less. If community members are not able to attend a meeting themselves, they can have a representative speak on their behalf or read a letter.
Please know that while the Board greatly values all comments from the public, the Board will not respond during public comment, but rather will discuss as a possible future agenda item and follow up as needed. Be aware that any personnel or individual student matters are considered confidential under Colorado Law and will not be discussed in this forum.
